libtirf

libtirf is a compiling-time library for TIGCC (.a function archive).
libtirf contains all neccessary functions to communicate with a TIRF-module from within a tigcc-program.

Current relase is v0.30 beta 1.

libtirf now implements all neccessary functions to communicate with the microcontroller unit and the secure digital card itself. Routines to communicate using wireless are still missing because I still have no wireless modules to test them.
